This doesn't really make sense because bonuses are paid at the end of the work year (i.e. Jan). If she is 1PQE she would have received a nominal bonus in Jan 2022 for her NQ year last year. Unless you mean she is currently 2PQE and told you that her total comp in 2021 (including bonus) was 127k, which is possible if she was a top performer.

Actually no, even the alternative scenario is not possible because salaries were not raised till Jan this year. There is no way she made 127k total comp as a WP 1 PQE in 2021. So yeah, that's BS.

Anyone (NQ) also face the same situation as me?
Have to draft first cut of everything without guidance
Instructed to do stuff without guidance
Made mistakes, get told off harshly when instructions aren't clear in first place and keeps changing.
Seniors whom I assumed have more experience could do it more effectively or at least provide a roadmap. But just no guidance.
