If you're already a Biglaw associate, you should know which Biglaw firms in US pay Cravath scale. Those that pay Cravath rates there do the same here, with only a few exceptions. Same goes for COLA adjustments.

There isn't much to discuss because the Cravath scale firms pay Cravath scale in SG too (some pay Cravath but with adjustments for SG's lower tax rate). Essentially, you won't lose out if you apply to a Cravath scale in SG and get accepted.

This is especially true if you apply to the US facing firm first and request an internal country switch.

If you're applying to the SG side directly, it's harder to get COLA as it's not a standard thing, but it's still very negotiable and attainable assuming they want you.

Internal transfer is not possible as we do not have an office in SG. Can you list some Biglaw firms in SG that pay on Cravath? What is the typical accommodation support / cost-of-living adjustments?

There might be an opportunity to lateral to Skadden SG, but I want to know my options. Thanks again.

You must be a biglaw wannabe lol, never read the full message. Already said that the pay is not full Cravath because it accounts for tax differences.

Read my message again. I fully understood his post which states that it might not be full Cravath due to lower taxes, but I want to know what a typical expat relocation package includes given COLA.
