Most is same day. some is 5 mins after your interview. if not no more.

Both offers I got, they were offered on the same day of the interview (about 4-6 hours after). Another interview I went to which I did not get offered on the same day eventually did not offer me. Take of that what you will.

may I know if they were offers at small/mid/big sized firms? from my experience, it took at least 4 days for the quickest offer including wkend

B4 usually offers same day / day after. They know their applicants are applying to multiple places and they don't want to delay. They will usually also make some onerous timeline request like asking you to get back to them on the same day.
