How many trainees did each big 4 retain this year? Saw one of them retaining about 20 and was curious about the rest

From my experience as a B4 assoc, the problem isnt retention - most trainees are rejecting retention offers to go to midsized or try to go inhouse immediately. Finding jobs is really easy in law rn.

Same, retention rates are usually high.

Usually only the KCL/UK grads are afflicted by non-retention. NUS number 1.
