Usually Jan basis for B4. For intl firms it's specific to the individual (their HR not so lazy as to not want to compute some basic numbers)

I suspect white shoe NQ (cravath scale) would match or even exceed big4 junior equity partner base pay.

Any idea what would be a reasonable yardstick for one to cross into equity for big 4? a book of around $200k yearly? Or is it not transparent
