What’s the point of discussing NQ salaries or 1-3 Pqe salaries when the difference is a few hundred dollars and unless you’re an FCH with multiple offers from at least 4-5 diff firms, it makes no different to talk about it.
If you only have one offer, you got to take it whether it’s $100 or $1000 difference

Lol, while true it gives insight on progression (higher up the ladder) and whether it makes sense to jump.
Re Simmons are they integrated or FLA?

As a rule of thumb, every job change should add about 30% more to your current pay at the minimum. If not don’t change. The risk outweighs any other things

For magic circles NQ is between 12k-14k. With 1k-1.5k yearly increment.
For the US firms - either 15k-20k for mid-atlantic scale, or 20k++ for cravath scale. Not sure about increment, but you can imagine.
Anyone here can provide datapoints for 1-3 PQE?

Not sure why debating on salaries like as if there’s a lot of employment choices and options
Debating over $100?
Better worry over other things like when the wage subsidy ends, whether you will continue to have a job and all that.
