I’m going to hazard a guess and go 5.5-6, 6.5-7, 8-9, 10-12 for NQ to 3PQE.
NQ-2PQE move to MC essentially doubles the pay and move to US triples it.

The range is wider. 5.3 - 6, 6.5 - 7.2, 8 - 9.5, 9 - 11. However, the B4 actually become quite inconsistent in pay when you hit 2PQE and higher. R&T especially can have a huge variance in pay. The frontloading and bonus amounts also vary a lot.

How much is the frontloading and what’s left for the year end? Would a total of 6 still be the norm?

How to find out more about firms without a website? Is it advisable to join them?

Hi guys, is it better to get a certificate in business mandarin or to get qualified in the UK as as a solicitor for career options? Wondering between the two and the latter is really expensive, at around 20k assuming you pass everything in a go plus course fees.

If a firm has no website, that is a red flag. You can try looking for the partner on linkedin to see his/her credentials to have a sense of whether the firm is worth applying for.

Are the photos of those who are on firms’ website accurate to how they look irl? Or are the photos usually outdated

If a partner looks smiley on the website, is it a good sign to work for him or her?
