Seems like a thing at A&G. Also takes longer than before to become partner at R&T it seems.
I’m going to hazard a guess and go 5.5-6, 6.5-7, 8-9, 10-12 for NQ to 3PQE.
NQ-2PQE move to MC essentially doubles the pay and move to US triples it.
