my ex from law would use work for an excuse about everything in life. family gathering cannot go, no time for dates, couldnt plan (let alone enjoy) a damn holiday. turns out he was secretly meeting his buddies to drink, chiong clubbing. last time i checked he gained tons of weight, has a smoking problem and still havent got promoted to senior assoc. sad.
