Actually all the talk about billion of dollars etc should not be a benchmark in the law forum.
Maybe try the business forum or the how much are you worth forum.
I’m here, the comparator is law. Only law matters.
The apex goal of any lawyer is to be called to serve on the bench.
Look at how many cantab and oxon is on the bench, not to mention the rodyk chief as well.
Do I see Yale? No. Do I see Yale in university academia? Yes.

What's the culture like in RHTLaw? i.e. Pay, quality of life, and how r the bosses management style?
Their website and partner profiles give me the very "local towkay running SME" vibes. Anybody can advise?

Any other junior assocs here retained but being treated like a paralegal? Mostly doing billing and file management etc.
