Piecing all together, I can do well in baker even if I'm from Liverpool macquarie, not a full advocate and solicitor in sg, earn cushy pay and lord over poor qualified sg servants if I curry favour, play politics and have excellent gamesmanship. But I will not be able to do that in baker disputes as it is highly competitive and the head is very hands on and the poor performers have since been eradicated.

Pls talk to some baker insiders before making unsubstantiated comments.
Each team is different. Thus, the way it is run is different as well.
Attrition is prevalent everywhere, some places more pronounced some less.
Intensity is expected given itís international work.
Unlike a JV or FLA like DTN-RDYK, NR-AL, SH-VL, the bakers model is highly integrated. The brand is baker thatís it.

What are you crapping about. Clearly some defensive HR person here. And not even sure what licence baker is holding. They are a JLV come on. As joker as the macquaries.

Tbh grades not even determinative. Lots of 2.2 people became pre-eminent persons.

But at that time, 2.1s were very rare.

A 2.2 now is crap. Which time period are you looking at? People who got called 30 years ago? Plenty of top tier lawyers with 2.2.

Now (maybe a decade ago) if you got a 2.2 from NUS it's rubbish. This is because the grading system has changed.
