So many junior lawyers still don’t know that the enhanced phase 2 will mess up their legal careers.
If I am the managing partner, would have fired all and keep a very lean team to weather through the storm.
Meaning only 6-10pqe is useful.

How do those with 2nd lower end up in the industry?

I really don't know why COVID is so long drawn.

Frankly idk if anyone feels the same way I'm really tired from this WFH arrangement, masks etc etc

And this uncertainty is everywhere. Not just legal.

I highly doubt this 'phase 2' will be worse than Circuit Breaker last year, though. The fact of the matter is the vaccine does seem to prevent serious symptoms. Once we get fully vaccinated then COVID will be like the common flu
