Yes that's right. Took them years to rid themselves of poor performing and less than great juniors and seniors. That's why they had alot of attrition but now they are doing phenomenally well with a crack team thanks to good lateral recruitment on junior senior associate and partner level.

OP here for avoidance of doubt I'm referring to their Bakers liti department. Their head Nandakumar Ponniya should get most of the credit for excellent, hands on, decisive and exemplary leadership skills.
