What are the job opportunities in SG with this degree? Can I get into a top local law firm or IB? Thanks.

I don't mean to be a downer, but the very fact that you are asking this question in your final year is indicative of your chances in IB or a top local law firm...
If you intend to pursue law in Singapore, try applying for a TC with the various firms here and see the responses you get.

I graduated high school in New Zealand, and after serving NS, realized my results did not qualify me for SMU or NUS law.
UK unis are substantially more expensive; my New Zealand PR qualifies me for domestic student fees in both NZ and Australia. Hence, Melbourne University was, at the time, the cheapest highest ranking option.

I got into UCL and Kings, but UK unis are substantially more expensive; my New Zealand PR qualifies me for domestic student fees in both NZ and Australia. Hence, Melbourne University was, at the time, the cheapest highest ranking option. Their double degrees also appealed greatly to me.

Melbourne is far better than Kings. You made a good choice.

Anyway just carry a pocket Swiss army knife with you.
Most of us who studied in London did.
If you don’t know how to use a Swiss Army knife, then no one can help you
