Hi,

I wish enquire on the typical pay scale/range for a direct hire, back-office staff (analyst rank) from Treasury & Markets (T&M) Operations... Anyone here has got any idea?

I'm a potential employee with 1 year of related T-Ops experience from another local bank. (Hopes this experience gets to consumerate with pay :rolleyes:)

Would be nice if anyone here has got similar experience to advise on the range. (if not sharing the initial range of a fresh grad will help as well...)

Lai share your current salary first + bonus.

U from OC T-OPs at TC 2?

OT is crazy over there. Turnover rate quite high. They accept lots of fresh grads but fresh grads only use that place as a stepping stone. After one or 2 years, leave for other bank.

Based on your pay scale, I can affirmatively say that you're from OCBC? Which part of T-Ops are you in may I ask

From the way u ask, bet u are also from OC t-ops? which part are u from?
