I am also looking for the same. IT professional in late 30s, health isn't that good, so trying to take things slower with less pressure. Just a job to pay the bill, no need career advancement.

Which IT coy usually no need overtime after 6pm or weekend? MNC, SME or GLC?

Thanks.

Is there any IT/tech/cybersecurity job role for an IT grad that is:
  • Generally non-customer facing.
  • No need to deal with unreasonable customer requests or engage in unproductive discussion and persuasion of customers. The services provided are clear-cut.
  • Scope and tasks are relatively stable without last minute surprises e.g. sudden request/task that needs to be completed within 2 hours or on same day.
  • Relatively stable hours. OT one day a week or weekend shift work is fine.
  • Low salary between 4k to 5k is fine. Not aiming for salary above 6k.
  • Limited career progression is fine.

Please suggest. Thank you very much!

You look at what civil servants and private sector executives and professionals are making. All easily 7k to 8k in their 30s.
