No, MX merit increments and promotions have always been in April. Perhaps you're from a statboard or specialised scheme?

Those of you who got M.I + ProMotion increment of 8% and above, care to share what is the first digit of your old salary?
Cos I want to find out if M.I + promotion if roughly based on a fixed amount (i.e roughly around $500) or based on %.
Anyone here got a lot more than $500 increment for both M.I and promotion increment?
