Been in service more than 10 years, the increment pre-covid was ard 3-5% depending on your grade and performance. Since covid, the MI has been ard 2-3% from what i've heard. Personally, my MI has always been 4% or more, since covid, 2.4-2.5% last few years.

Precovid, around 3-3.5%

Covid 2%

Won't hit 5% in public service.

Got 3% merit increment in 2021 (MX11)
Then got promoted in 2022, about 7.5% increment in total

Is it solely merit increment? Or does it include promotional increment? Or include the pay adjustment last year?

5% seems too high for merit increment (during COVID) and too low for promotion increment.

Did you include the adjustment or something?
