Time taken to receive an offer after final round of interviews

How long does it take for large MNCs to get back with an offer after attending the final round of interviews?

Any typical timeframe to follow as a guide?

Usually within 2 weeks, and if you dont receive a call by then, you can call the HR. But HR might take a lot longer due to headcount issues, management approval etc. So it really depends. I have offers that came 2 days after the interview, and also 2 months after my final round. So dont lose hope, but continue searching for opportunities.

Typically during the AC itself, this question would have been posed to the HR representative, no? What did they say?

But yes, 1 - 2 weeks is the typical time frame for a "pass" candidate. Those who do not make the cut typically take longer to receive their replies.

To the TS, which company in question are you waiting to hear from? A big 4 firm?

Really depends. Sometimes you didn't receive offer because you are not their first choice, but the first choice applicant might delay the decision and/or reject the offer. Then the position may be offered to you.

What is the typical time frame for big 4 firms to get back to you if you are 1) Selected for interview 2) Offer after interview?

Been waiting far too long for them to get back.
