$41,000 inclusive of bonus.

8 to 5pm. No OT. Monday to Friday. Non stress. Good colleagues. Good bosses.

Stable job and stable environment.

Issit ok or consider loser?

I feel that's fine. I feel that the most important points are being healthy and happy. At the end of the day it is all about managing expectation.

It is ok. Are u a uni grad? Have to think abt career progression. If u are still earning 41k in 5 years, then it is not so good. Of course if that is enough for you, then good! All about expectations.

i was making that amount at the end of my first year in my first job after uni 10 years ago...

8-5 job means you will have time to build on your side income. if you can get 1k passive income a month (e.g. tuition, investing, small biz), you will be a lot better than your peers. Take advantage of that and you will be a winner. And 41k annually ofc not loser la lol.

May I ask what industry you are in? Cus for an admin support role, your pay is not bad alr.
