how much you save per month? 57k is a remarkable amount. A lot of people at 30 don't have such an amount cus of weddings/bto etc. But do you invest in stocks/bonds etc? With 57k, you can get a fair bit of money as your side income. 3.6k is lower than avg, but it will allow you to survive here as you have no commitment

I think 3.6 is too little. 24 yo make grads are earning 3.8k on average now.

For a nitec you are doing well! I'm 27 yo degree holder. Now earning 7k pm after bonus.
Income inequality is pretty high in Singapore.

You are doing quite well. When I was 30 (single and not attached), I had 82k in cash, Unit Trust & shares combined together. My salary was then 4k. Fast forward to today, my salary is 9k and I have close to 220k.
I consider myself really lucky. Although there will be lots of ppl earning much more than me, much richer than me, but I am contend with where I am now. My point is to live within your means and not to be too fixated to outdo others. There's no end to comparing...
