Went thru some up and down in my career. after sometime, i start to explore into real estate. is not a easy job, but got stable income.
don't take those "publish" income from those top producer. not everyone can hit that. but can make enough income

real estate agents and insurance agents are unscrupulous. i only trust family members, the rest are out to squeeze profits without caring about you.
there is no trust, only selfish interests in this industry.
i was in this line for 12 years until the industry became too toxic nowadays. under table transactions and so on. those with top sales, how many of them were through legit means?

actly i know someone in this year's sc IGP programme, global banking. starting pay is 5k eh. but im not here to argue w u LOL dont believe is ur prob go ask ur juniors when they start work in september

I also know a fresh grad at scb starting 5k+ so its not bluff leh
