Got an interview for CAD. Still thinking if the progression in audit is better than the progression in cad.

Any advice?

CAD progression is pretty **** because appraisal preference given to scholars and then employee seniority. Meaning you will take forever to get promoted and the appraisal performance scores are curved so only a few good performance scores are given each year. everyone else gets the average score (so you can't be promoted). You have to wait your turn

Hi, believe the bias towards paper qualifications/scholars apply to most govt jobs.. this aside, does the police force promote internal transfer for CAD personel who wants to do something different? What are the exit options for a CAD officer?
