Advice needed!
Fresh grad with 2nd upper from local U.
Is 3k for bank analyst role too much to negotiate for? Offered somewhere lower. Is there room for nego or will I be dropped?

Do you have any past job experience as a Bank Analyst role or to boost up your experience for higher pay negotiation? If not, just take the offer first, and work for 1 year or 2. And job hop and ask for higher pay.
Economy is uncertain for now... Companies may shrink or freeze on hiring... just take it up first...
