Haha this is real gov stats data. For those who read all the big cannon story here about how easy it is to reach 10K+ by early 30s better wake up the idea.

The 12k quoted here is the basic salary, excluding bonuses.

But that's still really low right? How many people will fit the bill?

So gov is saying only top 6% can reach monthly salary of 12k & above. I am guessing out of the 6% most are probably very experienced at the senior mgt level, those who can hit 12k in their 30s maybe 1-1.5% at most. Compare this to the claims here, we easily have >50% youngsters here who claim to have made it big.

To be fair, the gov statistic are about salaried employees.

If you are running your business, it is a different matter.

so if you are young and earning above $12 k while below 35 yr old and non financial sector, then this is most likely case.

Also , the other thing is , inheritance helps a lot.

Having said that, i agree that many posters here are not real. but i cannot understand why they bother. i guess they r trying to make people eat sour grapes.
