Which sector to chose.
Government or private?
Government sector had better bonus or increments?

public. high job security. high starting, low increment. not a place to go if u r not scholar but aimed to earn >12k a month. if no degree, dont bother with public. range of bonus very standard.. ard 1-3 months.

private. low starting, high increment. bonus depends on the industry and company which can range from 0 to more than 6 months. potential to earn big bucks. problem is not everyone can move up the ladder. if u fail to move up, u earn no more than in public but with alot more work and less job security.

amendment. not all private have high increment.

I'm working at private sector with increments range from 3 to 5 % each year
