Didn't know CS payscale was in the same league as the other BBs mentioned.

What do yall think is an acceptable time frame to stay in a company without being seen by employers as a job hopper? For various reasons I may be leaving my current place at the 1.5 year mark if I manage to find something. My previous stints were 0.5 & 4.5 yrs respectively.

That's fair since you were actually at one place for 4.5years, people rarely stay that long nowadays.

Thanks for ur advice and the previous respondents as well. Managed to nego over a call with them to clinch 7.9k. Xmas present just in time.

Definitely not the top tier. So didn't dare to push it too far, I guess I'll just count my blessings lol.

Not for CS. CS defo doesn’t pay 8k for 5 years YOE.. perhaps 6.5k instead presuming you are promoted to avp.

May I know how you know this? I'm interviewing for CS too and want to get my expectations straight. Their mycareersfuture seem to show a very high budget.
