How much is AVP compliance/Internal audit paid for tier 2 banks (local banks, stan chart, hsbc etc) and for large international banks (credit suisse, JPM etc) ?

If you are able to get offers from tech company, you should even consider offers from bank regardless whether it is BB bank or local bank. It will be very hard for them to match. Senior engineer can earn 300k at FANG in Singapore which is more than salary at SVP level at DBS.

Anyone mind sharing Maybank's corporate rank structure please? I'm looking at "Manager" role reporting to a VP and Head at Maybank. Anyone knows what is it equivalent to say, local bank's grade pls?

3 years exp in Ocbc branch rm

i tried searching ard the forum but cannot find much info. as i come from a different industry, i am not sure how to peg myself.

may i ask wat is the salary range for a ocbc vp3 and avp? wat bonuses should i expect?

OCBC VP3 in ops close to 10k but less. All other divisions should be above 10k. Ops pay and progression lousier.
