Promotion in Civil Service.
A bit of background about myself.
I'm a Diploma holder and consider a Div II worker. Been in Civil Service for 3 yrs. For the first year I receive a 'C' due to my default year under probation. For 2nd and 3rd year running, I receive 2 'B's in a row. And recently I was being informed that my CEP is raised. Can I check when would I be promoted? Thanks in advance! |
Bro. U are hereby promoted!

Like minimum Year In Service, etc? |
Based on my experience, a promotion may be given after getting "B"s for 2-3 consecutive years. Other criteria would be your CEP, your current pay, your position/ranking within those who are in the grade.
If I'm not mistaken, they also have to consider the available quota to promote officers to the next rank. |
