Yeah majority of my colleagues arnd the same lvl as me CL 11/10 are getting less than 2 mths. But I got about 2.2 mths. I think I was really lucky cause of my role getting more visibility and I was doing duo role for about 3-4 mths

Don’t new joiners in the same project and exact same join date supposed to get same bonus %? Why there’s some with higher bonus? Know a friend in his project as such and he has been working hard and doing a heavy role yet his bonus % was lower than another new joiner who joined on the same date and same project but having a lesser work load??
Doesn’t make sense leh somemore the join date is towards the end of the year so there’s no talent discussion for those who joined during that time so it only make sense to have the same standard bonus?

theres a difference cus both of you have different PLs which represented you all with different points during the TD. Also, your friend may also do other co-curricular activities within ACN which you did not for eg.
anyways dont be bitter, bonus given by this company sux

I felt that CL10 Year 1 should increase to total $5,600 & year 2 $6,000 inorder to retain talents... given that many other places have rebasedline multiple times due to inflation etc

Hahah then the same should be done for the higher levels as well.
Tbh with this program, it’s really a good deal for fresh grads though. When we first joined, there isn’t such a program and it was really hard for us to get promoted, let alone being a consultant within 3 years. So, count your blessings.
Also, with this program, I foresee that there will be a lot of people who don’t deserve their promotion at CL9. While it’s good that there is a fixed progression for all analysts, I feel that it’s still vital to ensure that you live up to your pay check and not underdeliver.
Assess the value your contribute against your pay and see if you’re able to convince yourself that you deserve it.
