Cdts is not a client facing role, the culture and salary is different from client facing roles. Usually fresh grads would first apply for client facing analyst role as the pay is better than CDTS analyst. Client facing roles are such as strategy analyst, consulting dev analyst, business and integration arch or delivery analyst, or security analyst. CDTS salary is around 4-4.5k, heard they don’t have monthly allowance too. But ultimately depends on your interest la if you like Cdts then ok lo can apply for that. Just know usually people who can get the usual analyst offer then accept Cdts lah.

Dk about CDTS as they are in house or back end operational team not client facing so the salary is definitely lesser. Believe work load is much lesser and less hectic than the tech analyst and consulting and strategy analysts. Can only share my own work culture in my role as consulting analyst, as every project have quite a small team of consulting or strategy people, our workload can be rather heavy. It’s very fast paced but promotion for S&C or at least for consulting dte are rather quick. It’s different from technology side people although now fresh grads regardless of role will go through TAP, but ultimately your career advancement is different for tech analysts vs consulting analyst, your DTE/talent segment are different too. My technology analyst peers also ot quite often and can be as hectic as working till past midnight in office. So client facing role in generally is definitely more hectic as compared to non client facing role and hence the difference in pay.
Why do you want to apply for CDTS analyst though? Because you’re interested in it or?
