i need some advice... i think my manager is a pervert, he always try to get lose to me, what should i do?? i dont dare contact hr due to lack of anonymity
also im the only one under him right now so quite obvious if i say the name

Is the manager like your project manager or you mean your manager stated in workday?
Depending on which manager it is the approach you take can be different

I think first inform your hr partner and people lead, they are the people who’s supposed to guide you. Hr partner is responsible for your project staffing so if it’s your project manager hr partner can be informed of it. Also raise it to your pmo in your project if it’s project manager. People lead should be able to help you too as they are the ones who guides and help you in your career.
If you want to be annonymous it’s extremely hard to raise this issue up and protect yourself, precisely cos you’re afraid that’s why your manager sees its easy to bully you. Don’t need to be afraid to speak up I mean Accenture always promotes itself as advocate of unwanted advances from any level of employee. If you raise it and Accenture doesn’t take any action to protect you, you can take legal action, this is in their policy stated.

I think gender doesn’t matter right. The action of the manager is already crossing what is of a normal working relationship. According to acn policy and law, any action or harasssment or unwanted attention that results in you feeling harassed, disturbed or emotionally affected is counted as harassment and can be charged. The fact that your manager is already getting close to you I assume by itself means there’s some touching which makes you uncomfortable. So what if it’s manger level doesn’t justify his actions. Suggest you to speak up before matters get worse. If you don’t inform and something bad happens, company will just blame you saying you didn’t inform. But if you inform and they don’t do anything, you have all the right in your position to take legal action because you’ve already done all you can to seek help from the company.

Hey guys, how’s the increment in Accenture like? Assuming no promotion. And there’s no 13th month right? Is the VB at least 1 month to compensate for the lack of 13th mth? Thanks
