What the fuk are you talking about??
NCS is a downgrade only for seniors like zero88 who can sit around on bench and get 8-10k doing nothing lol for the rest of you fresher cry babies crying about everything and asking to be spoonfed every little detail, you'll be lucky if u can even get into NCS.
have fun being benched forever with 0-1 YOE and get fired during review lol... the next job you try to join, first thing they'll ask is
"so what u do at accenture?"
you: "oh i do nothing, i warm benches"

Got mass hire in as bus and integration delivery analyst and I see others getting into projects but my orientation group and myself are still benched.
Why for technology analyst openings all of us are standard mass offer but for like consulting analyst opening those who got offered have different hiring rounds even including interviews?
Also Don’t they need a lot of tech analyst and that’s why there mass hire a few rounds? Why do many of us still no projects?! How long does it take to get a project after you join and how to get projects?

That’s why lo all the tech analyst here cry baby mass hired into Accenture not happy see project other role people do different tasks as them then start stirring ****. Should spend the time to upgrade themselves. Not even a fair comparison as not even the same role Accenture hired them for and not even in the same dte and function how to be doing same things bodoh sia.

LMAO no one in the right mind will leave Accenture for NCS, pay lower, prestige also lower, perks even lower. Unless they are fired by Accenture then guess the only place they can go is NCS. So butthurt by this truth are you one of those who left to NCS lol.
Why would Accenture pay someone like zero 88 to do nothing, I’m sure zero 88 is busy as heck too. Don’t give wrong impressions brother.

Everyone who have applied or gotten an offer knows it’s way tougher getting recruited into Strategy & Consulting than other functions like Technology, Operations, Song. Nothing wrong with that but this is a fact. You can see that Accenture has many openings for technology analysts and including myself and everyone I have met at EE, all of us or in fact 90% get mass hired and offered. The hiring process is also different for those who got strategy analyst or consulting analyst offer, know of a few who got offered and they had to go through interviews, have relevant internship experiences and skills. There’s a few who wanted to get consulting role but couldn’t and joined as technology analyst hoping to switch over. But this is impossible or extremely tough, unless you have very good connection with a high level person in S&C that can pull you in.

Accenture pays 4.6k + 300 allowance.
NCS pays 5.1k for freshers, 5.4k and above for FCHs.
On top of that NCS hires you as part of their tech team directly, in Accenture you're more of a consultant where your projects is dependent on a number of factors.
Don't get me wrong, NCS is garbage, so is Accenture but if given the choice, most would pick the one with better pay and benefits.
NCS
$100-$600 more
4-5 year Masters program
$900 wellness benefits
The only thing Accenture has going for it is that it's a F500 company, that's all. Once you attain 2-3 YOE, no one gives a crap whether you worked at F500 or a tech start-up if you can't even do simple LC Med - Hard questions with back-to-back Sys design rounds.

Acn is 4.6k + 400 allowance, as part of the tap, one gets to promote to senior analyst after a year, salary is 5.3k, after another one year salary increase to around 5.9k, second year and next year will be promoted to consultant, which is about 6k. I would rather go for a company with better brand name and their salary difference isn’t that big, if you try to jump to better companies, better companies like FAANG for example would prefer Accenture employees over that of NCS right? So this says enough. NCS and Accenture both share similar clients, but the fact that Accenture can get more projects with reputable clients even all of sg public sector clients go to Accenture, you know the quality already.
You get to advance quicker under the tap in acn.
