Think have to ask HR but I imagine it's ok to use a bit (a few sick days and 1-2 days of leave maybe). If you take too much, you'll likely have your probation extended.

Should be like everyone else - 'Infinite' Leave days.
Of course, subject to approval and if you anyhow take or take too much, people will think less of you (even though policy states they aren't allowed to do that).

Are all levels 16 days preciously? Heard up to consultant is it and above is 21 days annual leave previously?

Not all, it's based on your level and years with the company but yes, it does go up to 21 or 22 around there, if I recall correctly. Maybe more for the much higher levels, not sure.

Anyone joined acn as consulting development analyst under TAP? What’s your deployed to entity? It’s strategy&consulting or technology? Quite confused as contract put talent segment under consulting but I was asked to join technology service orientation.

Now to join Accenture as analyst fresh out of uni is only through the Talent Advancement Program? Can join without being under TAP?
