Worst case if they're laidback, they'll joke that you're so serious and then you can just play it off saying "First day mah, must make good impression / not sure what to wear so dress a bit presentable" and everyone will be ok.
As opposed to the other wost case : Dressing however and you're the only one who isn't in shirt and pants.

Not an analyst and also a newbie but my advice is to go with the flow and try to connect with your peers/team. Also maybe consider possible scenarios unless you're the overly anxious type.
You may come with expectations of how worklife in Accenture should be, but reality could be different. Maybe you'll connect with some peers and get put in different teams/projects where they tell you their situation and you find it better/worse than yours. Maybe your boss/superiors have a very hands off approach and you'll feel like you aren't learning/doing much and get anxious about what this means for your future.
Up to you how you want to handle it, either way good luck.

Seems to mainly be used for talent discussion / performance achievement. Maybe more business/HR side use it more?

Any new joiners starting next week? What are the emails you’ve received so far? Only gotten the congratulatory email with the new joiner road map, and the workday email to update personal details, and email on first day info. No other emails on the NJ2-NJ5 steps in roadmap. Anyone facing the same?
