Do anyone know what does the clearance form will be used for? There’s one that basically asked for all my info like from my pri school to uni and the grades I got :/. Cos my uni gpa not good lah basically similar to pass degree with no honours. I damn paiseh to state but also must state, so wondering who will be seeing it like your project clients, project head and hr? Cos I don’t want this to reflect negatively on me like I’m some incompetent person and will impact my job. I did a lot of internships and hence neglected quite a fair bit of my grades.

No if you’re fresh grad it’s not negotiable. You can only negotiate if you have working experience aka you’re not fresh out of uni.

I see. Able to share how much were you offered? The recruiter asked for my expected salary before my EE and I kinda changed my mind about the figure

I join the TAP program (not sure if it’s the same as you) then my role they offered me is Business & Integration Arch Analyst

Actually I joined the TAP program, so what they ask me to do is do Hackerrank test & EE on 27 May. I am a fresh grad but was working at another co immediately after I finish my FYP. So I actually have few months of working experience.
& because I join in as a program, thus the salary is fixed for my case.

Thanks for replying. I signed up for the TAP programme as well! Did they ask for any expected salary beforehand or did they just offer an amount directly?

I think they ask is just to have a gauge but it’s always standard 4.5k + 400 as shared by others on previous pages. If you want to use your working exp to nego, your working exp should at least amount to a year. If it’s a couple of months it’s difficult for you to nego also
