Lvl 11-9 now still ok coz got TAP liao and HR pushing for the promotion.
But after lvl 9 to up to associate manager is another story. Got ppl in firm 5-6 yrs still stuck at lvl 9.
But as what zero zeh zeh mention, lvl 9 is a sweet spot to diao if u have not much career aspiration and just want to collect pay and do what u are told to. At lvl 9, u are essentially like a platoon sergeant in NS. U take orders from on top and lead ur lvl 11 analyst to do the tasks. U have no much say in what to do. Most of the time decisions are alrdy made by clients/ ur bosses.

Your compensation page never put your annual compensation? Just divide by 12 is ur new monthly pay liao.

eh, hear that your PL can see whether you're promoted or not at workday but the compensation is not in yet so most probably have to wait till 31st or 1st june to know your new compensation.

Hello, yes I applied for the EE and was given two dates to choose from 27 May and 3 June.
Not sure if it’s easy to clear this stage as well. Anyone know?
