For those who got a negotiated higher salary, does promotion salary increment adds on to your own base salary? Or it’s the standard? Like example usually analysts base is 4.5k, promote to senior analysts is increase 400. So normal people would be 4.9k base. But for someone who got a higher salary at analysts like maybe 4.7k, and gets promoted to senior analysts, will the salary be 5.1k (4.7k + 400 increase) base or the same as all for senior analysts of 4.9k?

Agree, there’s many other jobs paying 4.5k or more but with better work life balance. That pay would have been more justified as to the 4.5k base given by Accenture.

wow fresh grad is not easy nowaday

Do you need to achieve a certain gpa or what class of honours to graduate in order to join the TAP? What if one receive and accepted the offer but maybe only graduated with a second lower class or third class, will Accenture retract back the offer?

There’s many other companies and roles that pay more than Accenture or as much as Accenture but with better work life balance. That’s what people are comparing about, not just comparing to MBB. Because of the high ot rate, the 4.5k doesn’t seem to be worth that much that’s all
