Anyone knows what’s the increment from biz & arch integration analyst to senior analyst then to tech lead? I am earning 4.9 now only and curious how’s the jump like? Got an offer at China tech coy for 6k

more than 20% increment is not bad already, should take it up with china tech coy.
if around 30% increment is Excellent.
between 10-15% for a similar role is average
less than 10% just forget it. not worth the jump.

Under tech? My reco is just go for the china tech coy liao. 6k is generally L9 aka tech lead liao. By the time you hit L9 I think you will earn more by switching coy after working at the china coy for 2-3years.

yes I am tech analyst. Wtf. L11 only 6k. No wonder many people left . Fastest also need 3 years to reach there
