This information is outdated. Based on the new growth model, there is no more client & market track since 2020. Also, based on the new program, there is no direct promotion from L11 to L9.

The salary should be a L9 payband. Hitting L9 in 2 promotion cycle as a fresh grad... it's definitely possible if you're in those groups with big budget... like AAI... and your PL is an angmoh(just kidding). LOL.
But for the general masses in ACN, trying to get promoted to L9 within 3 years before this TAP come out is hard already. I'll take a bet that at every level they will push back half a year even with this 1+2 ****.
