What service group and function are you aligned to? I joined earlier this year as level 9 but high 7s (inclusive of 400 allowances). Did you negotiate this with your recruiter or initial offer?

From my understanding the range goes from 6.5 all the way to 9. How did you get your data set?

Hi guys,
I am currently working as a contractor with Accenture.
As a Full stacker developer fresh graduate.
I was told after my 1 year contract most probably will be converted to perm with Accenture depending on performance and conduct.
Accenture HR has not contacted me regards to the conversion. But was told that Accenture has level 11 to level 1 the pay and job set will follow accordingly. My contract will be ending in 4 month time.
If i were to be offered a Level 11 software engineer / analyst role what the expected pay range ?
Has anybody here been converted to perm ?
Is there a possibility they jump the level to eg level 10 when convert ?

Rofl. Fresh grad and entered as contractor? You got lowballed max. Most likely you are from private uni. Level 11 means they will offer you base level 11 pay. Which is the true fresh grad pay.
All fresh grads worth their salt from local uni enter as level 11 PERMANENT directly.

I am here to share with you my career journey over the past 10 years. I used to be an auditor working in one of the big 4 accounting firms. However, after working 1 year in Big 4, I realized that wasn't what I wanted in my career - long working hours and earning little income. I was fortunate to meet one of the Financial Services Director working in one of the largest insurance firm in the world, who offered me a marvellous and lucrative job opportunity as a financial services consultant.
I would like to say that I did not regret taking up the career path as a financial services consultant because I am currently making twice the amount that I would have made if I were to stay in audit for 10 years as an Audit Senior Manager. When I first joined the firm, I was greeted by a team of high achieving professionals. I was delighted that my director and my team provided me with ample guidance and mentoring during the course of my career, which led to where I am today as a Financial Services Senior Manager.
For those busy professionals who wants to make it big in life, the choice is clear. Join my team and we are happy to help
