Hi guys. I am an analyst now with gross 4.9, anyone knows what’s the increment like once hit senior analyst? I am only expecting to promote in Dec 2022 despite joining in mid 2021 as I missed my talent discussion in Aug because they say I am still a “new joiner”

LOL. You are really optimistic. It's about 5.5k base. Ultimately, your PM still need to indicate that you are ready for promotion in the system. So the promotion isnt guaranteed.

Bro in most places they only pay 9k for tech lead. Unless it is big tech or unicorn startup or foreign banks, you wont get more than 12k.
