Anyone knows what is the salary for cognizant graduate analyst now as a new joiner? A year back was 4k

just moved from that program to ACN, its 4k now. when quitting, hr was saying they are revising the salary, will i stay if its 4.2. so i suspect they are revising that. my friend who just joined a month ago still getting 4k, i left in jul 2021.
want to check on the new program for ACN, the 1+2, anyone know whats the pay increment like for each?

Probably 5% from analyst to snr analyst.
10% from snr analyst to consultant.
Don’t expect a big jump.

So 1 year to promote to senior analyst, then 2 years to promote to specialist?

Actually no.
Sr analyst is 5.9k incl allowance
Specialist is 6.9k incl allowance.
