Obviously not. You know what is secondment right.

The only tough part comes when u hit M-SM , hard to go up, but exit opportunities are pretty good.

4500 + 400 , no sign on bonus

It's the tech analyst role that most of us applied. Business and int arch analyst. i heard that those strategy (rarer breeds) also had their salary increased

Yeap all got revised, I think higher base pay is better, as least when u jumping later can use as base to nego

I think better for me as i do not have to be "tied" by the one year thing. And also higher bonus from the base pay if there is one. Not sure if the progression will be delayed because of this increment tho but oh wells.
