Not sure if you are aware, BB don't even focus on their TB business, it's those mid-tier european banks who are specialized in this. Not surprised if they get paid highly

Hey, I speak to the graduate assistant RMs in my dept because I'm dealing with the CM products, and in my bank they earn more than that. You should do a little more research.

Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. TB FO only pays 5-5.5k average (paymaster is included in this range).
For TB and non-FO, 5.7k as direct hire is really quite surprising.

Go and apply for GA or JPM or DBS (their bar is low btw), 5k+ is pretty common. Looking for more challenging role? Apply for Grab or Shopee (6k to 8k). If you are really ambitious, google or fb, 10k+ including stock options.

BNP TB non RM GRADUATE role already pays 5,250 (i can even give u the exact figure), so whats so surprising over 5,600 for a direct hire. Jealousy kills the cat
