I'm from ACN and I can guarantee you regardless of which client you are posted to you will have to stay till midnight at least a quarter of the days in the month.
Esp when some clients have very tight deadlines, which is more than often

People with no choice. Etc. Can't change job. Or just change job or want to stay etc.
Is forced to overtime.
People already give up. Waiting for next job. In death march. Planning to quit after bonus etc.
Will not overtime.
Simple fact in life.

Not worth it.
Nowadays I also don't ask my junior to overtime.
I just let them face the client and let the client scold them.
I don't need to attend haha. Don't care liao
