Honestly the role here is just like big 4 with a higher salary.

Work is not very meaningful and require alot of dedication as it eats into your personal life very frequently with the OT.

I've been working here as tech analyst for over a year already. The allowance they give you is really not even enough to cover the late night grab rides and other expenses from working that amount of OT.

It's really not worth it man :'(. My batchmates and I are intending to leave at the 2 year mark.

If u can't finish the work in the first 8 hours. why u think u can finish it in the extra 4 more hours on top of the 8 hours?

I feel like I'm working very efficiently already. The backlog of work is so heavy, it's like once you're done, there's more work to be done and this is like a never ending cycle.

I feel so drained out.
