Accenture pay for Technology Analyst Program (TAP) is standard pay range.
Starting Pay: $4400 to $4500. (Inclusive of 400$ allowance)
But Bonus normally 1 to 1.5 months (depending on your performance).
If Performance CMI, then can get 0 month also.

B&I and B&TD definitely $4500 (Inclusive of 400$ allowance). Because I just joined last year June. I am in the B&I track.
And this year fresh grads also 4500$ (Inclusive of 400$ allowance).
For SE track is 3900-4000$. (Inclusive of 400$ allowance).

How does the $400 allowance works? Is it contingent? If not it’s essentially a $400x12 add-on to the base isn’t it

Its included in your base pay every month.
Yes, it's $400*12 months.

Honest advice to any fresh grad finding a role in ACN. Do not do it until you can safely say you are willing to work long hours for that 4.5 starting. After a few months you will find yourself extremely drained if you do not thrive on pressure. Much better paying places which offer much more avenues to learn and grow your career. Source: ex-ACN 5yr
