Numerically ofc there will be rejections. It's a big company. But in any case, just take a look at the accn hires on linkedin. Lots of private uni. V easy to get if you're halfway decent.

Actually tbh not easy to get in... for those consulting roles(MC/TC). I am not sure other roles
Got alot of interview stage
i know of my 2 friend who is from ntu and nus with good honour class even got rejected at the first stage which is the pymetrics (12 games) when they applied consulting internship.

Pymetrics test you more on decision making in different situations.
Grades doesn't matter. The fact that they got rejected probably is due to the employer wanting to hire someone who is sharper.
Employers did such test to see if they are street-smart.

Plus times are bad. Probably the number of openings are quite Low atm

The Big 4 and ACN are always big on hiring fresh grads annually. I doubt the headcount has shrunk considerably just that now there are definitely more people gunning for the spots.

Hi there! Been lurking around finding some answers but can't find any...

Does anyone know if the salary of entry-level MC in ACN is higher after merger of strat and MC arms? I got offered level 11 MC role but did not negotiate for my pay... Was wondering whether I should have. Thanks in advance!

No change and the entry pay is consistent for all new joiners without experience.

Cannot guage by linkedin. Many ppl are on contract roles from agencies to help staff projects but obviously in LinkedIn they would put as hired by accenture

I finished the pyschometric and technical assessment for the Technology Analyst Program recently.
Was wondering how much can I request for as a fresh graduate.
