too much bad project
feedback is almost useless, almost all the HR and manager just tell me to "bite the bullet" and learn, the problem is, it is not only "me". It is like 80% of the people have problem, and they expect everyone to "move together as one", and "go through difficult time together"
yea right, then where is the bonus? where is the increment? where is our deserving promotion?
what can you offer us beside "biting the bullet"?

Oh that's right, you can't because skill issue. Imagine crying about a bad environment that you literally signed up for and you can't leave because no other environment wants you.

My point is that you suck at tech hence why you work for the most garbage company in Singapore, Accenture isn't any different from WITCH companies.
The very fact that you couldn't even join any mid-sized US tech company in Singapore that have way better pay, better projects and a much better "name" on resume speaks volume about how garbage tier your skills are.
So either work on your skills and hop to better companies or keep waiting for Accenture to improve their environment which will never happen.
Keep getting more years of experience when in reality, a FAANG intern can destroy you in both technical and social skills because you're a hardstuck butthurt Accenture employee.
Truth hurts.
